The Birthplace

We had been dished into paradise with the experience of the temple trip. Swimming in bliss and love we decided to take a forest trip and stop by at someplace serene to do the kriya. Quickly we fed ourselves with some more idlis, set dosas and vadas. I love them hot with the fresh coconut chutney. The crispy wadas and the soft idlis are into wedlock of satisfaction.
Bhaskar and Vineet sang for almost the entire journey. They would belt out song after song without any break for many many hours. The thrilling moments were coming near when we stopped by at a huge banyan tree. Not able to resist the trees call of caressing it, we climbed it and swayed on its roots. Small moments can be big time fun.

GuruPrasad was leading us through the Badra dam for the final destination to do the group kriya. We patiently followed though we were totally exhausted.  We walked for some distance and then he showed us the place on the banks of the bhadra river for kriya. The place was totally secluded from the world, and there was something phenomenal about the place.Hold your breath when you read the next few lines.

The place was the birthplace of the Sudarshan Kriya. The place where Guruji had cognized the Sudarshan kriya. A shiv temple stands there in blithe riverside silence. It was a jolt to our senses and we prostrated in deep gratitude and indebtedness. We closed our eyes for kriya only to open the doors of solitude within.  We swam in the Bhadra river forgetting time and remembering the Guru.
