A fulfilling experience to see 200 participants catch glimpses of themselves, sink within and soar higher in love. From one to all and from all to one was the outcome. Each day of the course was packed with barrels of laughter, containers of energy and wholehearted enthusiasm. Each day the course brought an amazing sense of serenity to Brigit and me in its passing. Leading them into the stretching postures were Anuradha and Santoshi, a combination to reckon with. The Ahobila Mutt hall, an ancient Shankaracharya temple in the presence of the Jeeoor (head of the Mutt ) erupted in energy on the last day with the presence of Vinayama’s sweetness, Alka ji’s boisterousness , Harshal’s mellifluous voice, Dona’s management and the volunteers spiritedness.
