The state of joy and happiness brings an expansion inside us. And sadness crunches and contracts us within. We know this with our very own experience .
What we don’t know is that we associate these emotions unknowingly and quickly with the objects and people outside. And this is the trap here. By associating this way, in happiness we create a sense of dependency and in sadness, blame, regret and finally stress pollution.
If we can learn how to handle the act of smallness and get back to the natural state of being (joy), the blame and ego that flies along with these feelings can be dropped instantly.
